INO CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES commenced its operations in 1985 with the sole purpose of providing best quality of SOLVENT DYES.
With the knowledge and experience of our professionals and their confidence of doing things right, the company managed to power up the production of Synthetic Organic Dyes in an industrial suburb of Vatva, city Ahmedabad. Initially the production capacity was 2 MT with a work force of just about 5 employees which has now increased to 50 employees and producing more than 40 Synthetic organic products including Solvent Dyes, Acid Dyes, Food Dyes, Basic Dyes, Direct dyes and Pigment powders.

Solubility in an organic solvent is a characteristic physical property of a solvent dye- Some of these typical solvents are alcohols, ethers, ketones, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, oils, fats, waxes and chlorinated hydrocarbons. There are however important applications in which the solvent dye is incorporated directly into the product to be colored.
Their very nature — soluble in non-polar mediums — allows their versatility and many uses- Oil or solvent dye is used in applications such as foil printing, printing inks, marking pens, ball point pens, candles and other waxes, polishes, leathers, wood stains, acrylic resins, vamishes and shellacs. They are used in signaling smoke and in the pyrotechnics industry. These dyes are also used to color lubricants in the automotive and industrial cutting industries- However, the most frequent application of solvent dyes is in the petroleum and plastic industry. Within the industrial plastics community, solvent-based dyes are used to color a variety of solid materials, such as Acrylics, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PE, PVC, PMMA, PETP, polystyrene and styrene monomers.
Our Infrastructure
Our manufacturing unit is located in the industrial suburb of Vatva, Ahmedabad in the state of Gujarat. We have 5000 sq. mt. of land serving as our production facility with 1 production line for manufacturing, warehouse for storing raw materials and finished goods and a fully functional Effluent Treatment Plant

INO CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES has a sophisticated effluent treatment plant that has been designed in-house, to meet the Company’s specific requirements. Secondary & final treatments are done at CETP (common effluent treatment plant) run by GREEN ENVIRONMENT CO-OP SOC LTD. (GREEN).
We are proud to say that we are one of those few units, who had adopted this principle and made suitable arrangement to protect the environment, way back since 1985- We were among the first to receive the Govemment subsidy in 1991.
